Ultimate Culinary Experience, annual Flavors of San Diego Culinary Gala, to benefit the San Diego Chapter of the American Liver Foundation. Timee: 6 to 10 p.m. Cost: $300. Location: Omni Hotel, San Diego.


The Flavors Gala is a national culinary event that spotlights 25 of San Diego’s premier chefs and creates an extraordinary gourmet experience for each guest. Local celebrity Master of Ceremonies and Auctioneer!


An esteemed list of chefs will participate in this fundraising event. During the Gala each chef prepares a five course gourmet dinner with wine pairings for their table of ten guests. Each table is adorned with beautiful centerpieces and uniquely decorated by his or her restaurant. The evening begins with a cocktail reception, appetizer samplings from all of the chefs and a silent auction. Afterwards, the guests are escorted by their assigned celebrity chef to their table to enjoy the signature cuisine and wine parings of their chef host, while also participating in a live auction featuring exciting trips, unique experiences, wine collections, personally hosted parties in their homes by some of our featured chefs and more.


Flavors of San Diego has become the premier gourmet event made possible by the enthusiasm, dedication and generosity of the amazing chefs and restaurants.
