ATASCADERO - Lavender Festival. 4th annual Lavender Festival at Green Acres Lavender Farm includes green themes, vendors, musical entertainment, locally grown and locally made products, and a beautiful farm setting to enjoy the day. BENICIA - The Spenger Garden Music Series presents Edna Love and the North Beach Brass Band. Mardi Gras in Detroit west-coast styled soul music review with New Orleans brass. Orange County Fair is one of the most popular urban fairs in the U.S. Pig races, people contests, carnival rides, food, fun, and loads of live entertainment and fun for the entire family. LOS ALTOS - Los Altos Arts & Wine Festival.  30th Annual Los Altos Arts & Wine Festival in downtown Los Altos features the work of artists from across the Western U.S., wine from a half dozen of the region’s finest vintners and a wide variety of food. Free concerts throughout the day with bands such as free concerts from performers such as California Beach Boys, Double Funk Crunch, Debbie Thacker, and The WoogieMen. PALO ALTO - The Palo Alto Clay & Glass Festival. The 17th Annual art festival attracts thousands of discriminating shoppers and collectors in an open-air celebration of clay and glass artistry. 175 artists display a range of traditional and contemporary handcrafted clay and glass art such as Raku ware, Ikebana dishes, Stunning ceramic and glass jewelry, Hand-blown glassware, porcelain vases, ceramic tiles, chandeliers & lighting fixtures,  dinnerware and whimsical teapots. SANTA BARBARA - French Festival Bastille Day Celebration.  22nd Annual French Festival held on Bastille Day Weekend in Santa Barbara's Oak Park is where America celebrates France... and what's best is that it is free!
