GARDEN GROVE - Tet Festival 2009 Spring of Hope. This colorful cultural event produced by the Union of Vietnamese Student Associations of Southern California (Toång Hoäi Sinh Vieân Vieät Nam Mieàn Nam Cali), includes games, rides, petting zoo, food vendors, costumes, dance and music, and much more. One of the best cultural events in Southern California and the premier community event in Westminster & Garden Grove, Tet Festival offers an opportunity to see and experience other cultures in an outdoor setting, with proceeds benefitting student programs.
