Masque Ristorante Offers Authentic Italian Dining Experience for New Year’s Eve

 

EL DORADO HILLS, CA ---  A culinary celebration on New Year’s Eve at Masque Ristorante will include an elegant evening of intrigue, live music and an exquisite menu from Executive Chef Ezio Gamba. Award-winning faire will be showcased in an ultra-special six-course Italian dinner menu paired with award-winning wines.  Be prepared as Chef Ezio’s signature style of Italian American Cuisine pleases every palette with entree selections of Pan Roasted Chilean Sea Bass and Buratta Sauce/Chanterelle Mushrooms, Fresh Herb Encrusted Veal Loin with Black Truffle Sauce or Main Lobster Medallions with Petite Filet Mignon.


While guests dining on Executive Chef Gamba's savory meal will not sample the traditional lentil soup and sausages that are an Italian custom in Bergamo, Italy, where he comes from, they will get sample his  gourmet preparations and ambience, and warm hospitality Italians embrace.

Masque's wood-burning fireplaces, grand bar, cafe and patios are part of the charm that has garnered this Northern California restaurant several prestigious awards that include Wine Spectator Magazine’s Award of Excellence, “Best New Italian Restaurant” by Sacramento Magazine and a four-star review from The Sacramento Bee.


New Year’s Eve dinner will be held in Masque’s main dining room with seatings at 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. The six-course dinner with wine pairing is $125.00 per person (excluding tax/gratuity). Reservations are required and can be made by calling the special events department at (916) 933-8555.


Located at 3909 Park Drive in “La Borgata,” a beautiful Tuscan-styled business center at Serrano in El Dorado Hills, Masque is open for lunch Monday – Friday, 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., dinner Monday – Thursday, 5:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 5:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Masque Café is open Monday – Saturday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
