Saturday, October 25th, 2008 - The Boulevard Boo! Parade and Carnival


Find out what the witches’ brew has in store for you at the return of The Boulevard Boo! Parade and Carnival! The black flame candle is lit and has cast a spell for people of all ages to attend The Boulevard Boo! Parade and Carnival on Saturday, October 25th from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.  This FREE spooktacular family-friendly event, brought to you by the College Area Business Improvement District, will feature its renowned parade followed by its redefined carnival. The Boo! Parade travels along El Cajon Boulevard through the heart of the college neighborhoods, integrating residents, businesses and organizations around San Diego State University. Get lured into the Halloween spirit and engulf yourself in amazing costumes, floats, marching bands and much more! Follow the cackles to Clay Park immediately following the parade for the Boo! Carnival from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and join in on the action packed carnival games and rides, live entertainment from Eve Selis, local dance groups, vendor booths, kids costume contest, a raffle and introducing the first ever Boo! Carnival’s very own haunted beer garden. The Boulevard Boo! Parade and Carnival tradition comes alive as ghosts and goblins trick or treat their way down the boulevard and discover what the College Area has to offer. Don’t miss this ghostly Halloween experience!
