EUREKA -  Cruz’N’Eureka 2008 - 15th Annual Car Show Event on the Streets of Old Town Eureka includes live music, car competition, poker run, swap meet, silent auction and more. LODI - Final Fusion Friday. Borra Vineyards and Waterloo, CA Restaurant offer a fun-filled evening of complimentary appetizers from Waterloo, CA Restaurant and Catering, along with live music by Vic Salvo, and of course lots of wines! Fusion Friday will teach guests how to pair Borra wines with mouth-watering grilled meats. You won’t want to miss out! Time:  5 – 7:30 pm. LONG BEACH - Original Lobster Festival. Food, fun, entertainment (live music), and a fantastic oceanside location make for a must-see event this fall. Runs through September 7. Location: Rainbow Lagoon, Long Beach, CA. Cost: $13 admission, Lobster meal cost: $35/ $25-presale. Time: 5 - 11 p.m.

POMONA - Los Angeles County Fair. Full of city-fied fun. Horseracing, too. Location: Fairplex at Pomona Fairgrounds. Open daily, runs through September 28, 2008.

SANTA BARBARA - Anything Goes Art Exhibit. Art from Scrap Gallery in Santa Barbara features original artwork from creators who use every day recycled materials to create fine art.  Show runs through Sept. 6.
