SAN DIEGO - A Day in Pompeii & Photography at the Poles - Exhibits at San Diego Natural History Museum include discovery of the ancient story of human drama and natural disaster in Pompeii (through June 15, 2008), plus images of the Arctic and Antarctic by leading National Geographic photographers at Ordover Gallery (through May 5, 2008).  Photography shows the mass breeding grounds of King Penguins, and the abundant wildlife found in the coldest, most remote areas of the Earth.
