BODEGA - Artisans Co-op Art Demonstration. Fused Glass by Nancy Roberts is featured at the artist gallery, a cooperative of over 40 artists who sell their products in the storefront in Bodega. Time: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Location: 17135-A Bodega Highway

CALIFORNIA - Grunion Run in Southern California. Fishing license required for 16 and older. Best beaches span from San Diego to Santa Barbara. 11:35 p.m. - 1:35 a.m.

CLOVERDALE - Cloverdale Sculpture Exhibit. 6th annual event includes an outdoor juried sculpture exhibit in downtown Cloverdale through October 1. Downtown plaza is transformed into a sculpture garden featuring sculptors from across the nation. Location: Cloverdale Plaza, Cloverdale, CA. Cost: Free. Call: (707) 894-4410.
DEL MAR - San Diego County Fair - Summer of Sports is the theme for the fifth largest fair in North America.  The San Diego County Fair features the largest midway in the region and top-name performing artists on the grandstand stage, while maintaining its traditional county fair attractions including: Livestock, Home & Hobby, Woodworking, an award-winning Flower Show, great rides and a variety of food and commercial concessions. "Summer of Sports" will celebrate a wide variety of sports at all levels, from youth to professional. Fair runs through July 6, 2008.  Location: 2260 Jimmy Durante Blvd., Del Mar, California.

LAGUNA BEACH - Art-A-Fair festival. 42nd annual art event located in a beautiful garden setting with 125 artists, plus live entertainment, fine food, demonstrations and workshops. This year's theme is "Venetian Carnival."  The event runs through Aug. 31. Location: 777 Laguna Canyon Road, Laguna Beach, Calif. LAGUNA BEACH - Sawdust Festival. 42nd annual artists event is a village filled with restaurant dining, live bands and original art, jewelry and clothing. Staged in a shady eucalyptus grove at the base of Laguna Canyon, the colorfully decorated outdoor venue includes some of the walkways covered with sawdust. The show offers a great opportunity for home decorating and gift shopping. Hours: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Cost: $3 - 8 (approx.), kids 5 and under free. Annual pass sold for approx. $20. LOMPOC - El Pastor at Mission La Purisima. Relax and enjoy the costumed docents and staff available for conversations. Time: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Location: Highway 246 near Lompoc.

LONG BEACH - The Queen Mary Mariachi Festival. The event features music, food, comedians, traditional Mexican dance groups, live mariachi bands, cultural exhibits, craft vendors and more. RANCHO SANTA FE -  'Art Expression', a theme that will give our Art Guild artists free rein to express themselves in multi media art show. Time: Gallery open Tuesday through Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday 11a.m. to 2p.m. Location:  Rancho Santa Fe Art Guild, 6004 Paseo Delicias, Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067. TEMECULA - Pow Wow. Pechanga's 13th annual pow wow is free to the public and includes drums, dancing, free RV parking, fireworks on Saturday. Time: daily.
