FERNDALE - Humboldt County Fair.112th Annual Humboldt County Fair. Horse races, mule races, sheep dog trials, livestock, carnival rides, arts & handicrafts, food, floriculture and much more! HUNTINGTON BEACH - Bob De Sena’s Latin Jazz Ensemble. Concerts in the Park invites you to bring a picnic basket and settle in for a shady evening of free entertainment under the eucalyptus groves of Huntington Beach's Central Park.  Latin jazz and fiery rhythms in the legendary tradition of Tito Puente and Cal Tjader will be performed. MT. SHASTA - Mt. Shasta Music Festival Summer Concert Series Presents Laurie Lewis. Bluegrass & Americana legend Laurie Lewis received a Grammy award for “True Life Blues: The Songs of Bill Monroe”. Twice named Female Vocalist of the Year by the IBMA (International Bluegrass Music Association), she received Song of the Year for “Who Will Watch the Home Place.” Lewis' dedicated following includes Alison Krauss, Sam Bush, Jerry Douglas, Ralph Stanley, and pop superstar Linda Ronstadt, who makes a guest appearance on her latest CD The Golden West.
