Tyson,
The California Skate Dog keeps a
busy work schedule. Like the famous
"Eddie" on Frasier, or the Taco Bell
wiener dog, Tyson works in the movie
industry, and makes appearances, as
well. In 2008 as we posted events to
our California Calendar, we noticed
Tyson was slated to appear at the
Asparagus Festival. Like many
celebs, Tyson appears at festivals,
fairs, expos and events.
Seen around the beaches of Southern
California, Tyson is a bull dog who
carries a skateboard around in his
mouth, then plops it, hops it, and
rides. Seemingly effortlessly
gliding along, the dog's got this
knack for making people smile. Kids
are amused and adults are amazed
that such a little tike works the
board so gracefully and seldom seems
to stop.
If you get a chance to see the dog
do his tricks, then attend one of
the events where Tyson is on the
entertainment list. He's a lot of
fun. And watching him is an
inspiration in starting an exercise
regimen.
