The Tower Bar was
designed by internationally renowned decorator Paul Fortune. It's warm
fireplace, cushioned seating, fresh cut flowers and warm color schemes are
pleasant but not overwhelming. The focus is on you and your dining
experience. Once used as Bugsy Siegel’s apartment, the restaurant is
extremely popular with the "in" crowd. The cuisine features influences from
northern Italy, France and California.

meal with Crunchy Butter Lettuce Lemon Shallot Vinaigrette, Little Gem
Lettuce Ruby Red Grapefruit with Avocado, Humboldt Fog, Toasted Hazelnuts
and Grapefruit-Champagne Vinaigrette or Grilled Pizza Smoked Salmon,
Teardrop Mix, Arugula, Shallots, Red Onion, Crème Fraîche and Salmon Caviar.
Entrees include House Made Ravioli, seared monkfish in Scampi Sauce,
