The level 4 class builds on the skills learned in level 3.  Students in this class will learn how to dive from the side of the pool, swim underwater, and tread water using a variety of techniques.  Students will continue to refine the strokes taught in level 3, and elementary backstroke and breast stroke will be introduced.  All swim lessons are taught by Red Cross Certified staff. 

The level 3 class builds on the skills learned in level 2.  Students in this class will learn how to enter the water head first from a sitting position on the side of the pool, retrieve an item from the bottom of the shallow end of the pool, and perform rotary breathing.  Front and back crawl strokes will be introduced.  All swim lessons are taught by Red Cross Certified staff.
