SUNSET AQUATIC REGIONAL PARK
HUNTINGTON BEACH CALIFORNIA
One of the loveliest
spots to watch the sunset in Sunset Beach and Huntington Beach
California is located in the Sunset Aquatic Regional Park. The light
filters through a special tree, casting a golden hue on the lush green
lawn surrounding it. In the background are boats, houses and the water
tower house, all shaded in muted tones that pick up blue reflections
from the Pacific Ocean's harbor waters.
In the painting
above, watercolorist Bill Anderson captures the essence of this special
place that's magically touched and transformed most evenings before
sunset. Anderson, a master in a variety of media, really shines in his
landscape watercolor paintings. Be sure to visit his gallery near
the Sunset Aquatic Regional Park, operated by the County of Orange.
