Spark Woodfire Grill in
Huntington Beach California offers delicious dining, an

Huntington Beach, Spark Woodfire Grill specializes in steaks
and chops, fresh seafood and chicken meats that are cooked
either on a mesquite wood grill or oak fired oven. A martini

Spark Woodfire Grill is
located at Pierside Pavilion near the corner of Pacific
Coast Highway and Main Street. Paid parking is available for
a fee in the parking garage at the building or next door at
the City parking lot. Be sure to call the restaurant and ask
for details about parking validation policies. Reservations
are accepted at this intimate restaurant with lots of wood
treatments, granite bars and designer lighting.

Spark Woodfire Grill was
initially launched in 1999 by partners Bill Chait, Jeff
Sladicka and Danilo Terribili in Studio City, California.
Restaurant designer Osvaldo Maiozzi created boutique style
dining in a two story building with a menu and ambience that
appealed to the local star-studded clientele.

Huntington Beach, California
In 2002, the Huntington
Beach location with its open fire pit and panoramic view of
the Pacific ocean and the Huntington Beach Pier took the
place of an Italian restaurant, and became neighbors of
Fred's Mexican Cafe. Chef/Partners Tom and Kathleen
Shields began offering a more extensive seafood selection.

Beverly Hills, California
In 2004, Spark Woodfire
Grill located in Beverly Hills as a partnership between the
principals of the Studio City venture. It opened as a
tri-level restaurant with three distinctive environments for
dining and private parties. Spark Beverly Hills seats over
200 guests and can accommodate special events and
receptions.
