Bay 223 provides a memorable meal far ahead of the curve in cuisine described as having French and American influences. Whatever the style, one thing is certain. Barely saving room for an entree, our table guests began to "oooh" and "aaah" over the chicken so there was no way to pass it by. What a wise decision. It's slightly crispy exterior (not really a crust, however) was out-of-this-world delicious!  It was reminiscent of a barbecue chicken, but that doesn't exactly describe it.
