table guests began to "oooh" and "aaah" over the chicken so there was no way
to pass it by. What a wise decision. It's slightly crispy exterior (not
really a crust, however) was out-of-this-world delicious! It was
reminiscent of a barbecue chicken, but that doesn't exactly describe it.
