Cambria California's Fermentations is a Wine & Gift Shop in San Luis Obispo County's East Village in Cambria. If you've never visited this charming city and its village, you are long overdue for a shopping extravaganza--get your feet wet with your first stop at Fermentations. Like the name implies, this fantastic shop loves wine--and food--and all things that go with the two. From the process of grapes becoming wine, fermentation in wine is the catalyst function that turns grape juice into an alcoholic beverage.  Needless to say, the village shop specializes in the end product of this time-honored process which, on the Central Coast, expertly crafts grapes into fine wines.

From an amazing collection of some of the finest wines to locally made olive oils, chocolates, and other gourmet delights, the food is just the beginning of great gifts for yourself and friends. The shop merchandise is thoughtfully selected to combine unique decorator items that will go well in most homes, along with wines and fancy food products, or kitchen style gifts that anyone would love to receive, including yourself.

Fermentations folks have enthusiasm for what they do. If living in the beautiful region isn't enough to make them happy, they seem to truly enjoy helping customers who visit from around the globe to this charmed seaside city with its Moonstone Beach, village shops, and location just down the road from Hearst Castle, a tourist attraction open to the public.
