If I could count the number of times I've vacationed at this hotel, all the leather goods I used to purchase in its gift shop, and the walking next door to Fashion Mall, I 'd be rich. But the great thing is that I am rich for the fun I've experienced at Town and Country, and for exercise I got in the great lap swimming pool. Town and Country Hotel Resort really symbolizes what San Diego is all about. It's got a bit of the island feel combined with the urge to get out and explore. Great restaurants, Old Town, the San Diego Zoo, Mission Bay and Balboa Park are all only minutes away.

Town and Country Hotel Resort is a great family vacation spot or perfect for the weekend warrior just wanting to relax poolside. For lap pool swimmers there are several pools with one designed for great workouts.

There are several gift shops selling reasonably priced leather goods and Southwestern jewelry, souvenirs, clothing and staples. The hotel includes several restaurants, bars and lounges and a huge parking lot behind the building with parking seldom far from your room.

The rooms at Town and Country are not large or luxurious but an adjoining Convention Center and other amenities make this our preferred choice. Town and Country Shopping Center is within walking distance and offers department stores, boutiques, restaurants and even a gourmet coffee bar.
