Santa Barbara's Colonial Beach Inn is across the street from a beautiful public park and a block away from the beach, municipal swimming pool, playground for children and a few steps further to Stearn's Wharf.  Restaurants, shops and the 101 Freeway are all close by this ideal location for a beach vacation.  Everything was spotless on our last visit. It garners a AAA three diamond rating which is earned through effort and care.  There are a number of properties along the street near this hotel, but few (if any) have this rating.
