This much needed arrival to Seal Beach is situated close to the 405 San Diego Freeway Seal Beach Boulevard exit. Located in a brand new shopping region, there's dining, shops a bank and a beautiful Old Ranch Golf Course (private) which just offers a public practice range - oldranch.com.

 

We took a drive from Ayres, a beautiful hotel which uses earth tone decor, natural stone in the outdoor patio fireplace and granite countertops in the bathroom. Located close to Leisure World, 2 miles from Seal Beach Boeing and 4 miles to the beach, it takes approximately 8 to 10 minutes to drive to the beach from the hotel. Across the street is Spaghettini Restaurant that features live jazz and Sunday brunch jazz broadcasts from the Los Angeles KTWV smooth jazz station.
