Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier is located at Colorado Blvd. and Ocean
Ave. Enjoy two tremendous views: The City of Santa Monica with its historic
buildings sits up the hill on Ocean Boulevard and the Pacific Ocean sits below.
A scenic 9-story view is one of the best in town and can be found on the
one-of-a-kind ferris wheel. Clowns making balloon animals, mimes and a variety
of licensed entertainment is available at the pier. It's a carnival atmosphere
on the beach. Temperatures range in the 70 to 80-degree Fahrenheit in the
Summer, 70s and 60s during the Winter days. It's almost always wise to bring a
sweater to the beach, just in case a cool wind or little fog rolls in.
