Santa Barbara, Calif. One of California's great shopping districts is Santa Barbara's State Street. The trend in shopping  is outdoor, open-air shopping  and State Street offers that experience. It's gone through many transitions but has addressed the issues and always managed to rally to new heights.

When you arrive at this downtown shopping area, the largest parking structure is at the Paseo Nuevo shopping plaza.
