Safari West is a theme park or zoo in which guests
purchase tickets for a safari ride around the
acreage of a vast expanse in Santa Rosa where wild
animals are contained, fed and allowed to roam, most
without human contact to preserve their instincts
and behaviors.
In addition to tram tours, jeep safari rides and
conference facilities for special events, Safari
West has cabins and beds for rent. Bed, breakfast
and a room with a view of giraffes. A visit to
Safari West provides a touch of the African savannah
to guests who spend the night in authentic safari
tents imported from Africa.
For the complete
African experience, stay overnight in a luxurious
safari tent. From the deck of each cabin, guests can
take in the view of grazing giraffes or enjoy the
serenity of the private lake. Each tent is outfitted
with hardwood floors, queen and king-size beds,
plump pillows and cozy comforters, heaters, full
bathrooms and spacious verandas.

Choice from one king size bed, king size bed with
double size bunk bed, or two double beds. Ensuite
bathroom with shower. Outdoor sitting area.

Cottage
If canvas isn't your style, try our
charming cottage. Suitable for up to eight guests,
the two-bedroom cottage is equipped with a king bed,
a double bunk bed and a queen futon. Private
bathroom, kitchenette (mini-fridge, sink, microwave
and coffeemaker) and outdoor sitting area are all
part of this spacious dwelling.
