The Restaurant
301offers Winemaker Dinners featuring El Molino Winery, Pride Mountain
Vineyards, and W. H. Smith Wines beginning in February 2007. In March, every
Thursday night will feature food and wines from around the globe. France being
first, Italy the second, Spain the third, and Germany will be featured last. As
a special thank you to our wine dinner and Valentine's day dinner patrons, a 20
percent discount will be offered on all regular rate lodging at the Inn for
those nights.

Wine Spectator featured Carter House Inns 301 Restaurant in the Top 20 Rising
Stars of Napa Cabernet. To be specific, it was To Kalon Cabernet Sauvignon.
Furthermore, the restaurant had the lowest priced bottling on this honor roll as
just six entries out of 20 are priced below $100, while the highest priced
selection checked in at a whopping $245 per bottle.
Due to the overwhelming interest and demand of its wines, Carter House decided
for the first time to offer its wines in a futures program to loyal customers.
