We Southern
Californians (and especially the OC dwellers) really take for granted the wealth
of entertainment that surrounds us, as shown in the photo gallery of Disneyland
Christmas holiday pictures above. For California kids Christmas vacations,
Disneyland takes the fruitcake for a superb two to three-day extravaganza.
The long and the
short of it is that whenever a holiday comes around such as Christmas, the major
theme parks are decked out--and simply magical to visit and enjoy. Illusions
can seem real during this season when you add thousands upon thousands of
twinkling lights to the night sky. Put Mickey and Minnie Mouse in some colorful
red costumes (oh, they wear that color all year long), and tie some bows onto to
trees. Next add big dripping strings of colorful lights, and wreaths shaped like
Mickey Mouse, himself, and you have a holiday to remember.
Disneyland Resorts, Knott's Berry Farm, Pirates Dinner Adventure Show,
Universal Studios Hollywood, Legoland, SeaWorld, Wild Animal Park and an
assortment of other attractions, museums and thrill ride amusements.
When the times
get tough, we get going to Disneyland and Knotts. A day of diversion is
guaranteed to take your mind off reality for a while. There's no better
Christmas gift to give yourself than a day at the theme park, Disneyland, or its
sister attraction, California Adventure.
As you stroll
through the many adventures--Fantasyland, Tomorrowland and Bear Country or New
Orleans Square, get your camera ready for some holiday cheer. Huge colorful
ornaments hang from nearly every post or spot above your head. Then there are
the Christmas trees, glorious, shining symbols of Christmas. We know you can't
always make it to Disneyland in Anaheim, especially during Christmas. So by
golly, we're jolly and went out there to capture the imagery so you could see
how merry the holidays can be at California theme parks. We love 'em!
