Quail Lodge Golf Club Resort is Filled with Lush Fairways and Scented Pines
 

Quail Lodge Golf Club is an 18-hole course that converted to a private course offering play for resort guests. Architect Robert Muir Graves designed the course in 1963 and it has been a popular favorite with its meandering greens that run alongside the Carmel River in some locations. Located eight miles inland from the Pacific Ocean, this Carmel Valley location experiences less fog throughout the year.

 

Though Carmel Valley Ranch and Quail Lodge are quite similar, Quail Lodge is better known.  Located near Chateau Julien winery, you can dine right at the resort, at nearby Carmel Valley or in Carmel. Don't forget to sample the wines at the Chateau while you are visiting and playing this spectacular golf resort.
