above, It is the the complex of buildings
surrounded by a road that has a circular shape.
During the holidays the Fashion Island shops and outdoor
space turns into a wonderland, featuring the largest
lighted tree in the US.
Surrounded by the popular Four
Seasons, Newport Marriott and Hyatt Newporter
hotel resorts, Newport Beach Museum of Art, Hard
Rock Cafe and Edwards Cinema, it is conveniently
located just a few miles from John Wayne/ Orange
County Airport, Balboa Island and Corona del Mar.
