Extended Stay residence studios have taken the business
industry by storm. The company model provides for more time spent
in cleaning each room and combined with affordability, the per diem travelers
love this place. While such properties are often booked, we find them wonderful
values for vacation travelers, as well. You get an efficiency kitchen,
easy chair and little work desk, along with a comfortable bed. There's
not much more you could ask for. Birch Street in this location features
commercial buildings and businesses primarily. Weekends are somewhat
quiet with the Monday through Friday work crowd gone. This would
be an especially good time to stay here. The University of California Irvine
campus is very close by and Strawberry Farms Golf Course is fairly close,
as well.
