Montage Resort Beaches - Laguna Beach Hotels

When staying at or visiting Montage Resort & Spa in Laguna Beach, you'll most likely want to go out and explore the local beaches just outside your hotel door. While a few guests actually complain that there's not a lot to do on the south end of Laguna Beach (South Laguna), us beach lovers have no problem with spending time at the beach.

Of course you know theree's a big city calling you nearby so you will want to get out to downtown Laguna Beach to shop and explore.

Montage Resort beaches are public beaches.  They are very clean and generally consist of a series of coves.  You must take a set of stairs or descend a paved path to the beaches below the property that sits on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Southern California.

The weather is described as Mediterranean, though we think of it more as slightly desert-like, as well. Most of the year you'll enjoy pleasant beach weather at Laguna Beach's Montage Resort hotel. Cooler days actually surprise some tourists so be aware that in the summer, the days are not necessarily hot at the beach. Be sure to bring layers of clothing such as jackets and cover-ups. 

Goff Cove Beach at Montage Resort and Spa is located between Treasure Island and Christmas Cove. The hotel provides blankets, umbrellas, towels and all the necessary beach items for your very pleasurable day of beach sunbathing and swimming. Other beach activities that can be arranged through the hotel concierge include snorkeling and scuba, kayaking and even surfing at some beaches locally.
