When checking in, I detected a lack
of professionalism or even concern about our needs. We stayed for a wedding
nearby and the staff seemed less than warm and friendly the night we
arrived. While nearly every place in town was book for a jazz concert, I
felt that we deserved a warmer welcome than we received. The front desk was
so busy, we had to wait about 10 minutes to check in. The key to the spa
didn't work and a few other things were annoying.
But all in all, we'd probably go
back and try it again because the room is so cozy and the beach location is
ideal.
