The Renaissance Long Beach Hotel announced
that it has evolved into a hip, cool, edgy playground, incorporating a
redesigned restaurant/bar, a Starbucks and enhanced meeting space.
A spectacular $5.6 million renovation of
all guest rooms and suites, featuring sleek new look includes white-on-white
plush bedding; pillow-top mattress, down comforters and 300-thread-count linens.
High-speed Internet, workstation, contemporary desks and chairs, and dual-line
speakerphone, plus marble bathroom counters, free continental breakfast and a
Starbucks on site are enough to turn loyal Hyatt Regency Long Beach fans into
Marriott converts.
Located across the street from the Long
Beach Convention Center, this is where the action is for meetings and events
along the coast. While Anaheim offers much more space, they don't have the
beach. Long Beach not only has a beat, cruise ships, Queen Mary, boats to
Catalina and a full water taxi and public transportation system into downtown
Los Angeles, it also has a thriving nightlife just a block or two from the
Marriott hotel.
