Atrium Hotel is possibly
the closest property to John Wayne Airport. It is directly across the street
(see bottom right photo of those above with line of palm trees which was
taken from parking lot of Atrium Hotel and overlooks the parking structure
of John Wayne- Orange County Airport SNA). If you want to disagree, there's
a Hilton next door to Atrium Hotel that overlooks the airport, as well.
While being close to an airport is not always a bonus, the flight path
is not over the hotel and actually means this hotel is more quiet than
several on Bristol Street in the city of Costa Mesa.
The Atrium sits next door to several
nice restaurants for choices outside the hotel's own restaurant faire,
offers easy freeway access to the 405 San Diego Freeway, is close to South
Coast Plaza shopping center and offers convenience and access to nearby
office parks that include the corporate headquarters of Taco Bell.
The hotel is well decorated and maintained and is a perfect choice for
overnight stops and business or pleasure trips.
