Balcony rooms offer views of the city, pier and harbor. Located on the hill two blocks above Crescent, the main street running parallel to the beach, you do have to walk up hill a couple blocks. Some take golf carts but that can get expensive so this place is best enjoyed by those who like exercise and enjoy the walk.  It's a very limited version of the type of village walking one might do in the towns on the hills above Zürich, Switzerland or some similar place. Compared to those mountains, this is a breeze!
