Newport Coast, California Travel Guide


Newport Coast is a residential community that's very upscale with most houses and homes overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Newport Coast Marriott is the only hotel in this zoned region of Newport Beach (located north) and offers condominium style timeshare hotel rooms that tourists can rent for the night as available. The hotel rooms include lovely views, great surroundings and a convenient location next to Laguna Beach, Crystal Cove and Corona del Mar. You can walk around this area, but will require a car to get around as there's not a lot to do short of staying strictly on the hotel property, shopping and dining, or playing a round of golf at Pelican Hills course next door to the hotel.
