North Coast Village is an oasis on the sand with 13 acres of gated beach front property. This is a mixed use complex of 550 privately owned beach condos and cottages where you will mingle with locals and visitors alike. The commonality for all is an affinity for the beach and harbor nearby. Stroll on the sand, learn to surf, relax in the pool, or pick up something for your kitchen at the farmers or evening market. Sunsets are famous here and can be enjoyed from the property. When you stay at North Coast Village in Oceanside, you will be staying in a privately owned beach vacation condo, not a hotel. Imagine all the beauty of a first class beach resort, but with room to spread out. Please note, all condos at North Coast Village are privately owned and independently operated. Only a portion of the 550 condos are vacation rentals. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Please note there is a USD 45 damage waiver fee. Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.
