Tahoe Sands Resort has one of the largest private sand beaches in all of Lake Tahoe and is nestled in Tahoe Vista, just minutes from Kings Beach and Tahoe City. Our friendly front desk staff is available from 9AM – 9PM and is ready to welcome you to our resort. If you will be arriving after hours we have late check-in available. If you will be arriving after 9PM our friendly front desk staff will prepare a late arrival packet for you. Upon arrival just use the Late Arrival Phone and you will receive full instructions for checking into your unit. Directions
From Reno Airport (38SW): 1. Take I-80 West. Take exit 188/Hwy 267 towards North Lake Tahoe. 2. Proceed approx. 13 miles until you reach Hwy 28/North Lake Blvd. (it is a T in the road at the lake). 3. Turn right at the light. Proceed approx. 1.5 miles. Our lobby is located on the left (lakeside). Just look for the Tahoe Sands Resort signs.
