While
memories of Hollywood were like
memories of Huntington Beach until recently, an OK place but
needed some upgrades, both destinations are looking great and
several recent trips (conferences) in Hollywood have made us
aware that it has some fantastic attractions, restaurants and
beautiful scenery.
Pictured above are the hills with the setting sun behind them to
the west. When you live in Southern California, you may get
excited by a certain celebrity or entertainer but seldom do you
drive to Hollywood to take a Starline Tour of the stars' homes
or spend the night near Grauman's Chinese Theatre so that you
can wake up to look out your window at the Hollywood sign.
We're here to tell you that it's not a bad thing to do once in a
while.
Several lovely hotels with fantastic accommodations such as
Renaissance Hotel at Hollywood &
Highland has modern suites with bright colors, very clean rooms,
sweeping views in most rooms and a location to put you at the
doorstep of the Kodak Theater where the Academy Awards are held.
So what are you waiting for? It's time to go to Hollywood.
