There is no place quite like Hollywood.

I met up with Amy and Danny, two models, for a photo shoot in Hollywood. Amy was a small, beautiful Asian girl who was lead singer in a thrash metal band. Danny was an artist with a schizophrenic personality. ‘He takes on other personalities to say stuff he normally wouldn’t say. It’s hilarious,’ explained Amy. ‘Oh ok. So that way he doesn’t have to take responsibility for what he says then. Makes perfect sense,’ I added.

We headed to the Griffith Park abandoned zoo. The sky was playing along, staying slightly overcast, just the way I like it. I loved the setting with its tiny box-like rooms covered in graffiti and its rusty cages. The harsh lighting of the skylights contrasted well with Danny and Amy’s affection for each other.
