called Hilton Garden Inn - Anaheim. Do you get the idea that the
property wants you to associate them with some other place? You are
right! They do. Located on Harbor Boulevard in Garden Grove near
several other nice hotels is Hilton Garden Inn - Anaheim. The property
includes Anaheim in the name so tourists attending conventions and
Disneyland will realize that this hotel is less than a mile from one of
California's top visited attractions. With less tax charged on hotel rooms
in Garden Grove, the city got smart and tried to lure the travel market to
their city. It is working. The Hilton is a popular hotel located
near several restaurants, shops and there's even a bus stop to take you to
and from Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. Don't confuse
this with Hilton Towers located next door to the Anaheim Convention Center.
They are two very different hotels and in two separate cities. We
still prefer the Hilton Towers or Anaheim Marriott for our convention stays
but sometimes they are fully booked and you need to look at the surrounding
area. There are plenty of alternatives with this Hilton being one of
the better choices.
