Buenaventura Art Association 3rd Annual Fundraiser “Who Got
Framed?!”
Are you inspired by art or simply love to purchase
works for your collection? If so, this special event in Ventura may
offer a reward to stealthy sleuths who like to
solve mysteries as guests delve into the problem-solving of who
created what.
Buenaventura Art Association's “Who Got
Framed?!” Fundraiser at the Harbor Village Gallery is an
annual themed art show where artists, patrons and all members of the
community try to figure out which artist created the art in the
exhibition. The catch is that there’s only a small portion of each
piece revealed, but clues and hints can be purchased and information
on each mystery artist is contained in the show’s Mug Book. By
guessing the correct artist, participants are entered to take home
that piece of original artwork!
The exhibition includes over 40 works donated by local artists at
the Harbor Village Gallery viewed in a reception that ticket holders
can inspect while dining on delicious food and local wines that are
available for purchase.
Buenaventura Art Association donates 50% of proceeds for
scholarships for Ventura County College art students providing
opportunities for the next generation of artists to continue
learning and creating.

The Buenaventura Art Association's main gallery is located in the
downtown cultural district of the City of Ventura at 700 E Santa

Gallery hours are Tues – Friday from noon to 5pm
and 11am - 5pm on Saturday. The gallery is open extended hours
during receptions, Ventura ArtWalks and other special gallery
