This comprehensive 7 week course for women only includes instruction and workouts in the three sports of triathlon. Information is provided on technique, nutrition and hydration, injury prevention, mental training and more. Instruction in all three sports. Program includes 2 weekly coach led training sessions and training schedule to follow..Participants also receive a 80 page triathlon manual and discounts to our sponsors.
Who We Are
The TriDivas are the Original All Womens Triathlon Training group. This training program is open to women of all ages and all ability levels. We promote the sport of triathlon among women by encouraging, educating and empowering the female athlete.
This 7 week training program targets Santa Barbara All Women's triathlon on August 26th. The races distances are 1/4 mile swim, 6 mile bike and 2 mile run. Also receive a discount to this race when you sign up with us.
When We Meet
We meet for two Coach led training sessions weekly on Wednesday nights at 630 pm and Sunday mornings at 8am.
Locations vary, but we meet mainly in the Santa Barbara, Carpinteria and Goleta areas

About the Coach
Kelly M Clancy is the Creator of TriDivas and has Coached thousands of athletes over her 20 year span as a Coach. A former sponsored triathlete, she has competed in 10 Ironman's, 2 Ultraman's, over 100 triathlons and competed for Team USA at the Long Course World Championships in 2005.
