Stroller Strides Napa Valley - Napa, CA
Stroller Strides is a great way to bring exercise into your daily routine without having to scramble for a sitter. Workouts consist of a brief warm up, followed by a 45-minute power walk/run with your baby and stroller in tow. You’ll stop at toning stations along the way, with plenty of time to catch up should your baby get fussy. All classes are taught by certified fitness professionals specializing in prenatal and postpartum fitness.

We meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Class starts promptly at 9:45 a.m. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early, so we don't leave anyone behind.
What to Bring to Class:
-Water bottle and snacks for your child(ren)
-Yoga mat or towel for abdominal work
-Comfortable athletic shoes and clothes you can layer since temperatures can vary
-Sturdy stroller (any stroller will work except for an umbrella stroller, for safety reasons)
-Sunscreen for yourself and child(ren)
-Consider keeping a 'Stroller Strides' bag always packed for your little one(s)...items such as a favorite snack, a sippy cup, books and a favorite toy or activity along with any comfort items, such as a blanket, pacifier, etc. will help ensure an extra-fun and a great workout.
