Scotts Valley Rotary in Santa Cruz County features its annual Oktoberfest in October     Beautiful Scotts Valley sits is surrounded by tall pines. It's the perfect climate for an autumn celebrations that brings people together for fun, and in this case, to raise funds for worthy causes. Sponsored by the Scotts Valley Rotary Club, Oktoberfest is going strong, with proceeds used to fund a variety of needs in the community and around the globe.   The event is held at the Scotts Valley Sports Center at 251 Kings Village Road, Scotts Valley, CA. With an affordable admission, guests can an enjoy an evening of live, German music, a mini-auction, food, beer, full bar and good people you'll be glad to become acquainted with.   Scotts Valley is not a large city, but its residents are very friendly, and you gain a real sense of community when visiting. Tourists will find several nice hotels, but our favorite is the Hilton, of course. With nice rooms, towering trees behind the property and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, that's just starters at this comfortable property.
