Uncorked at Ghirardelli
Square, a Wine Tasting Affair in San Francisco
May 22, 2010
San Francisco, CA--Uncorked
San Francisco Wine Festival in Ghirardelli
Square is a fine affair. Held in late May, the
weather usually is nice, and the people are
great, and the wine is superb. Represented at
the event are Napa Valley favorites such as
Berringer Vineyards. Providing a great
opportunity to sip and sample a variety of fine
wines in a single place, it would normally
require several days to tackle the tastings of
the wineries represented at the event. But in
one afternoon you can travel a mere few feet
between expo tents to try them all. Be sure to
make notes and rate them for your future
reference and upcoming gift and personal buying.
Enjoy live
music, wine seminars and chef demonstrations at
this free event. Tickets must be purchased
to participate in wine tasting. Tickets cost
$50; proceeds benefit La Cocina.
