Sake One In this class you will learn a basic understanding of Japan’s
heralded libation, sake. You will taste through a variety of different
types of sake and learn how it is made, what makes this drink so unique,
learn the culture and origins of sake, and more! While sipping your way
through the class, Chef Yoshi Kojima will teach you how to identify
different types of sushi, how to order sushi, and demonstrate some of
