San Diego, CA
-- Surfing Santa Comes to Seaport Village For Warm-Weather Holidays in
November and December for holiday cheer. Visitors to the waterfront
shopping center are invited annually to enjoy the unique holiday events
and shopping. An LED holiday light exchange and festive
entertainment highlighted by Surfing Santa at Seaport Village.
San Diego's board short-wearing Santa arrives with a splash at Seaport
Village and leads a parade along the boardwalk where visitors can take
photos surfing with Santa. Throughout the day, patrons can exchange up
to three strands of their old holiday lights for energy efficient
strands courtesy of SDG&E. (This is an incredible bargain, as LED
holiday lights last year cost around $12/strand!)
The outdoor center will also have other spirited
entertainment including kids crafts, live holiday tunes, stilt walkers
and more.
