Event Overview

Year-Round USA Swimming Program for Ages 5 to 18"Development Swim Practice" 3:30 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.Swimmers ages 14 and under, focusing on development, body position, kicking, drills and stroke technique. We will include a, "Learning to swim" approach for those swimmers just beginning to swim (at least 2 lengths of the pool with out stopping or grabbing the side wall).
