Course Distances

Sprint Course: Swim .46miles, Bike 10.4miles, Run 3.1 miles. Olympic Course: Swim .93miles, Bike 24.6miles, Run 6.2miles

Times

Olympic Race starts at 8am. Sprint starts at 9am. Check-in and body marking begins at 6:45am. Sprint racers must be checked-in by 8:30am

Relays

Relays can be co-ed and broken up however you want. example: 1 person can swim and bike, while other team member runs. OR you can have 1 person swim, 1 person bike, 1 person run etc.

Age Group Overall - top 3 overall male and female finishers Age Group - Top 3 overall male and female finishers per age division Relays - Top 3 relay finishes
