This introductory class starts from the ground up. Forehand and backhand ground strokes, volleys and serve will be taught. We utilize fun skill building games to make learning tennis easier. There is a small student/instructor ratio for a more personal experience. Students should bring a racquet and wear athletic shoes. Loaner racquets are available. Students who are interested in the more competitive aspect of the sport will learn about fencing tournaments and how they are run as they take part in this event. This is also a venue for our school fencing teams to challenge another school. All standard gear is provided. Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a snack. Join California's ORIGINAL Relay for its 19th year of racing! 12 person teams run 3 legs each in a 194-mile relay from Calistoga to the Pacific Ocean T-shirts, finisher medals to all team members.

You'll begin your race following a 1.2-mile rectangular swim course in Lake Berryessa at Chaparral Cove (formerly Putah Creek). Next, jump on your bike for the 56-mile bike course through the rolling countryside of Pope Valley, with stunning views of Lake Berryessa.

The City of Napa Adult Kickball League will be back and better than ever this spring! A new location and new rules will help ensure the best possible kickball in the North Bay! All divisions will be coed with the requirement of at least four (4) females on each team. Team registration forms can be acquired at the Parks and Recreation main office or by contacting Mike Franchi at mfranchi@cityofnapa.org Completed team rosters must accompany registration.
