Copperopolis Town Square Christmas Tree Lighting celebrates the town's unique setting and village re-created to the quaint charm the this rich countryside deserves.

Copperopolis Christmas is a unique gathering around an old-fashioned town square. Welcoming the lighted holiday tree, local dignitaries, residents and Mr. & Mrs. Santa Claus, there's something for all ages to enjoy at this holiday event, one of many in the region.

A beautiful, live tree adorned with holiday lights now greets guests to a completed Copperopolis Town Square, part of a development years in the making. With shops, residential housing and even a luxury golf course and getaway resort, things are changing and Copperopolis is putting on a new face.

Just in time for holiday shopping, clothing, jewelry and other retail stores have opened in the Town Square, and welcome guests--travelers, local shoppers and all who pass by to browse and purchase something as a gift or for yourself.

Town Square has quickly become the hub not just for shopping, but for community events such as a Halloween festival. Seasonal community events include a car show, and of course, the big Tree Lighting for the holidays.
