Newman Events October

Zumba fun for active adults and beginning students.  Gentle dance and exercise program with a Latin flavor; Salsa, Merengue, Calypso, Belly Dance and other international rhythms.  No partners necessary.  Chair participants welcome (as are pillows).  This program helps to improve flexibility, strength, and balance.  The instructor, Donna Joseph, is certified in Zumba Basic and Zumba Gold and in a ZIN member.  She has taught and performed Middle Eastern Dance for 10 yrs.  Donna is also certified for Sports Nutrition and is currently studying Senior Fitness and Nutrition.
